What to do when sickness benefit is cut?
When you get sickness benefit, it probably comes from an illness you have. For the INSS, the social security agency, to be able to pay you, you necessarily need to have a medical examination, because it's a doctor who will tell you whether you should remain on that benefit or whether, for example, you should return to the job market.
Then, of course, you have to go to the INSS and make a new appointment, in which the doctor will check your situation and, if you really still have the illness, you will continue to receive the benefit. After a while, you'll usually have to go for a new examination to check whether or not you should continue to receive the benefit.
