Can I make an agreement to leave the company?
The agreement is something that is actually done within companies, precisely when the employee wants to leave and the boss doesn't want to send them away. So, many, many times, there is a conversation along the lines of: "I can send you away, but you'll have to pay back the forty percent fine". This is a routine occurrence. The law makes it possible, even if you want, for this agreement to be made in the courts, so that the judge can sign it for you. But the agreement between employee and employer is something common and can be agreed, so that the employer doesn't have all the costs once you want to leave the company. So that's what our labor law allows.
