Lilian Faria

Lawyer, graduated in Law from Faculdade Anhanguera S/A (2013-2017) and postgraduate student in Family and Succession Law at Damásio Educacional S/A, in São Paulo/SP. She has been working in the legal field since 2016, with solid experience in law firms, especially in the Civil and Criminal areas, with an emphasis on Family and Succession Law.

She has extensive experience in litigation and advisory work, with an outstanding track record in providing legal advice to individuals and families in cases involving divorce, dissolution of stable unions, custody, maintenance, division of assets, inventories and other succession issues. She works on analyzing and drafting contracts, as well as drafting pleadings - such as challenges, appeals and legal opinions - and representing clients before courts and tribunals.

It carries out strategic monitoring of cases and is dedicated to developing legal theses, always with a focus on the efficient resolution of conflicts and the swift conclusion of lawsuits.
