Brunna Magalhães

Graduated in Law from Universidade Anhanguera Educacional Jundiaí (2025), she works directly in the first contact with the client in the law office, being responsible for welcoming, understanding and analyzing the demand presented. She clarifies initial doubts, proposes alternatives for resolving the legal problem and closely monitors the development of the case until it is referred to the lawyer responsible for the technical handling.
She has solid experience in customer service, both in person and online, demonstrating empathy, agility and precision in communicating with clients.

She complements her work with active participation in events and training aimed at professional development and the promotion of citizenship, including lectures on intimacy in the workplace, contracts, mock juries and the role of women in the legal profession, as well as computer and marketing courses aimed at building a successful career.

These experiences contribute to his multidisciplinary training and to excellence in legal services, reinforcing his commitment to ethics, hospitality and efficiency in the provision of services.
