What is the chance of losing custody of the child if I move out?
The judge and the prosecutor give her the go-ahead. Normally she stays with her mother, but there's nothing to stop her staying with her father, or even with both of them. The fact that you're moving out of the house where you used to live with your husband doesn't interfere in any way with custody of the child. Of course, the ideal is to talk things over so that you don't have any problems, but leaving the house doesn't affect the custody issue.
